We are looking for a Team Leader to work as a Payroll and HR Solutions Consultant, strengthening our team and driving the evolution of processes, systems, and decisions with an impact on organizations.
Your challenge
. Define, analyze, and optimize Human Resources and Payroll processes for key clients using RH4Sapiens, SAGE, Talentia, and Factorial solutions.
. Actively participate in implementation and evolution projects for Payroll and HR solutions, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
. Translate business needs into robust functional solutions tailored to each client's reality.
. Work closely with technical teams, clients, and decision-makers, ensuring alignment between processes, technology, and business objectives.
What we value
. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources and Payroll consulting for reference clients with RH4Sapiens, SAGE, Talentia, and Factorial solutions.
. Knowledge of industrial, shop floor, supply chain, or operations contexts.
. Analytical capacity, structured thinking, and sense of responsibility.
. Fluency in Portuguese and English, spoken and written.
. Willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of project impact.
