We are looking for a Lead Teamer to work as an ERP Functional Consultant - Sage X3, strengthening our team and leading the evolution of processes, systems, and decisions with impact on the ground.
Your challenge
. Define, analyze, and optimize industrial processes for key clients.
. Actively participate in Sage X3 projects focusing on operational efficiency, data, and scalability.
. Translate business needs into robust functional solutions.
. Work alongside technical teams, clients, and decision-makers.
What we value
. Minimum of 2 years of experience in functional ERP consulting, preferably Sage X3, Primavera, PHC, Microsoft, or SAP.
. Knowledge of industrial contexts, shop floor, supply chain, or operations.
. Analytical capacity, structured thinking, and sense of responsibility.
. Fluency in Portuguese and English, spoken and written.
. Eagerness to learn, grow, and have an impact on projects.
